My top three favorites are But I'm a Cheerleader, Better Than Chocolate, and Mango Kiss, just because they're all funny, sweet, romantic films with feel-good messages. No lesbian suicides or weepy endings, you know? But if you want those kind, they're out there.
Bound is also a fantastic, on-the-edge-of-your-seat thriller that's really good, but I find that the lesbianism isn't really that important to the storyline; it's just there, so I'm hesitant to call it a 'lesbian movie'.

Michelle Tea books are incredibly sturdy. i prefer to propose Valencia or Rose of No guy's Land. Valencia is a memoir with reference to the hardcore lesbian existence type in California in the 90s. Well this is not a lesbian movie but it is a excellent movie.It's based on a true story. A young male solider falls in love with a trans gender night club performer. I don't want to say what all happens. If you haven't seen this movie rent it. Very good movie. I own it!
