What to do for a work retreat?

What can a group of about 30 people do for a fun activity for a work related retreat? In the past we have done things like paintball, trap shooting, and curling.

Caving, do some cave crawls or for the faint they can do the tours.

Ballooning.

Clean up a local stream or park.

Work for Habitat for Humanity.
