It depends. If you just started getting your period, then you aren't on a set schedule yet. You may go several months without one. If you are very petite or very active, you may be too small to have a period. If you are stressed that can also interfere. If you just stopped taking birth control your body will need time to adjust. And finally, you could of course be pregnant. I don't know of any stds or other diseases that would stop menstration, but you may want to consult with your doctor anyway.

No i didnt have my cycle for 13 months. but now that its been coming on it lasts for a long time like the longest mine lasted was 32 days but thats a long time. so u should go 2 the doctor for it but im sure your doctor will just tell you to wait till it comes back on which is what my doctor told me. then once it comes on go back to the doctor if its not a normal amount of time. then you can go 2 a gynecologist and they will prescribe birth control most likely to regulate your cycle.
