To be honest yes it can damage your chances of getting pregnant. I dont know what is sperm count is or what his production is like but for most guys there is a team of sperm waiting and once they are released (during masturbation) it takes time for the sperm to build back up. For men who have lower sperm counts Dr suggest that they only have sex every other day during ovualtion time to ensure that they sperm count tis high enough to reproduce. Yes, it does. It lowers the # of swimmers he has when you guys are together.
Maybe he doesn't want or isn't ready for a baby. Have you talked to him about this?
