A couple of weeks ago. Got drunk even though I know that I always get a hangover and I am going to suffer for the next 3/4 days. Luckily it only happens every 2/3 months and I always say never again, until the next time.

I did it again...holiday goodies and will now have to work it off in the pool which is frozen at this time. Slows me down in the garden, causes more aches and pains, interferes with ballroom dancing altho this year if I wasn't dancing I think it could be worse. Daily workout routine is up and running again...it's the only way I can get back to healthy. The only thing that will keep me positive about this daily workout is that I do only 10 of each every day. It tasted better than good at the time and now my attitude needs to change because I have no choice if I want to meet my goals.
