More wars have been waged under the pretext of peace than for any other reason known. There is no higher power in the world standing aloof and watching if it is not closer to things of the world in every sense than we are, or even our thoughts are to anything. I do not think that we are here not to try to understand what we are here for, for the questions are misleading; we are not supposed to have question at the first place, we who seek answers and thus making questions of all sort valid. When for example you are at your home, with your loved ones, in a state of perfect peace and happiness then you do ask, where am I? Or, what we are doing here? These questions result form our sense of detachment and distress, and are always arbitrary. The problem is that we rely upon our sense of knowledge way to much, so much so that we know ourselves by the definitions we pick out from the world that surrounds us. Can a women define, for example, what does it feel like to be a mother? Our most innate and endogenous experiences are the ones that cannot be questioned because the question relating to them cannot be answered. We have difference, and due to these differences we have conflicts and wars, but don't we have difference in operations within our own body. We have ailments, diseases and distresses, we endure stresses and strains of life, we even have differences of opinions with in out own mind, then what is so wrong if these things exist in the outside world. We should not spoil our sense of peace and happiness by trying to accomplish perfect but impposible state of peacefulness. We should just do our best the way we believe is the best will all the good intentions in our heart. We should accept this world a little more a little better, and then we will be happier, I believe.

We are nature's first effort at self-awareness. We have the responsibility to carry the planet forward in the manner to which it was accustomed for 4 billion years. If we don't get it right, and sure enough we have enough free-will to take that option, then our ancestors are the ones that will lose out.

Nature gave us the blueprint and enough examples of how to do it. Nature will just try again if we don't take the hints.

We shouldn't ask for peace - there's noone there - we should work for peace with the tools and equipment that have been made available - they're in our heads and hearts.

who is to say that he isnt active? That he actually doesnt condone certain decisions that the humans make? If there was total peace, still there would be diseases and death. There is NO WAY when we are divided in beliefs and cultures clash. To people in chicago its called "pop" but in st louis its called "soda" When we realize that this isnt just some physical realm of life without a spiritual nature, you will always ask these inane questions not because you are stupid, but because we all resist. You are here given the gift of life, and you are here to seek that which can help you become better than you can ever imagine.

fair point but are you proposing that there IS a higher power such as God? I don't think there is ... I think we're all a continuation of the evolutionary ladder, descended from reptiles and tadpoles and stuff, and what we do to each other is basic animal behaviour based on tribe rivalries, competition for food and territory. mankind should be in a zoo!

crearor of humen has develpo a sence in humen. our heart tells us whats right and wats wrong...
it doesnt mean tht all we do is right or wrong but we should consider whatever e have done.
some of people do sin but dont accept it.offcourse it is hard to stay way by all sin , but atleast we should know that we are doing wrong and the sence of doing some thing wrong comes by examine our heart and mind togather,, if u find peace by asking boht most of time it is well and right.but if they are against each other it doesnt mean that thing is wrong, but it need more time to think wats wrong n wats right..best of luck

i agree with you so much, if only more people would realise there is no right and wrong ways of doing things in this life just different ways of doing things then we would all get along so much better.
