It used to be very hard for me to apologize because I could never admit I was wrong. But that was when I was a self righteous idiot that thought the world revolved around me. I have since grown out of that stage (with a few relapses here or ther LOL) and now I know when I am wrong and I hold myself accountable to right those wrongs the best way I can. You are on a great start by admitting it to yourself and others. Good for you!

It is...either I apologize too often for things I don't need to apologize for, or I forget to apologize for the things I should....my mind is kinda messed up that way.....

No, it's not that hard. Unless, the person really want to make you as his/her enemy. I'm forced to even though I'm not used to have enemies.
