Well, this day was a total waste of makeup.

You walk in and introduce yourself. Tell them you are going to speak on ...........today. Tell them you would like their full attention because at the end of the speech you are going to ask them something. And ask if every one stayed awake and heard the whole speech? Then ask what the speech was on.

Ice breaker, hmm. . . I went to the doctor and said I had a dream I was a wigwom then the next night that I was a teepee. The doctor said you are two tents (sounds like too tense).
That or have them turn to their neighbor and give them a back massage.
