I would have to guess that it is probably right after a busy holiday when security is rather lax. Mostly likely January, perhaps the first Monday in January?

i am sorry i didnt realize that they had a special day set aside for shoplifting.whats it called the great shoplifters day oh yeah i think its around november when holiday shopping starts lots of people
