There is no real magic in anything real estate related. Courses are usually common sense information and cannot guarantee success. There are some keywords and procedures involved with negotiating a short sale. Go to your local library and check out a book on short sales and gather your information there.

Short sales are actually very common in the US today with the alarmingly high rate of foreclosures out there. If you are thinking about a short sale though, talk to a licensed agent in your area that is familiar with the process.
