Mine uncircumcised..as long as you can roll back your foreskin and clean...and able to masturbate without pain you need not circumcise you fore skin...once you circumcise you cannot get back the natural beauty of your penis...you may repent..
your second question....puberty at 11 is not necessary..varies person to person read what it says in Internet:-
"Boys, between the ages of twelve and seventeen will see their shoulders broaden, the muscles strengthen and the genitals develop and darken to become covered with pubic hair. The larynx lengthen and the voice 'breaks' on its way to becoming 'deeper'. Spontaneous erections start to occur (sometimes embarrassing), nocturnal emissions of sperm are also a sign of sexual maturity. See 'Wet Dreams' for more information on those.
One of the first signs of puberty is hair growth. Boys and girls begin to grow hair under their arms and in the pubic area. This is often the first sign that puberty has begun. As puberty progresses it will become thicker, darker and heavier. Boys will begin to grow hair on their faces."

Being uncircumcised is natural and healthy and very much to be desired. Over a lifetime, your foreskin will give you a great deal of pleasure in ways that you can't even imagine yet. You are very, very lucky that you still have it, as many boys your age were cut because of a dumb fashion in the 1990s.

Puberty comes at different times for different people. It is possible to go through puberty (or at least start) at 11, but most boys don't go through it that early. Sometime, probably in the next 3-5 years, it will happen, and there's no way (and no need) to rush it.

not being circumcised doesn't do anything to you .this simply means you have the protection and sexual function of your foreskin.you shouldn't be in puberty yet you are too young.another year or two and you will begin puberty.

Being uncircumsized can be unhealthy. It can cause a dirt build up if you do not clean well enough you could get infections. But most woman like the fireman look rather than the dunce cap look.
