google up "scrabble dictionary" you can find lists of short words, and longer... (even over 7 the scrabble hand size)

the algorithm is :
take a word, break into chars,
assign each letter as the key to an object
counters[letter] = counters[letter] +1
if counters[letter] > 0 , give up (return false)
loop to get next letter
good word! (return true)
