Hiroshima - Uranium nuclear bomb called 'Little Boy' was dropped on 7th August , 1945

Nagasaki - Plutonium nuke called Fat Man was dropped on 9th august , 1945

The dates were August 6 and 9 of 1945.

The Enola Gay arrived over the city of Hiroshima at 7:25 a.m. cruising at an altitude of 26,000 feet. At 8:16 the bomb was released and detonated a few thousand feet above ground.
The date was Aug 6th 1945.
