Now since it came from Bush I wander if the cons on here will believe it.

Which I have to say thats the only thing I have agreed with him on. I support the troops, I support america, I do not support the president.

Normal, civil, productive discourse is fine and welcomed. That is a strength in a democracy.

However what is objectionable is how indiscriminately the Libs blindly bash everything that Bush says or does. If God himself came down from Heaven on a shaft of light and proclaimed to the world that Bush was doing good work, the Libs would just say, "@ss kisser Bush!".

It isn't unpatriotic to disagree with Bush on his war plans but it is the way that some people on here do it. They can't just say they disagree and explain why and offer something better, they attack, attack our president and the administration, and the country. Thats very unpatriotic and of no use to anyone except to create low morale. Then like the media twists facts and get the public all stirred up, very unpatriotic!

I could care less if liberals disagree with Bush's war plans. What I don't agree with is them "spitting" on our troops. That's the sign of a coward.

Patriotism starts at the top(militarily) and begins it's rapid dissent to the bottom(non-participation) There's a huge difference between being a patriot, and saying that you are one....(thus) the afore mentioned scale, where do you fit in..

Cons, the Duh-cider has spoken. And disagreeing with the Duh-cider is unpatriotic.

So by calling Libs unpatirotic for disagreeing with the Duh-cider, you are thereby disagreeing with the Duh-cider and are, ipso facto, UNPATRIOTIC!

I agree with that.

But I also agree with Australian PM Howard that the Dems' incessant talk of surrender have done more damage to the US troops and than all the IEDs and car-bombs of the terrorist insurgents.

Called pressure from truth, it is very patriotic to disagree.

Bush is a devil worshipper in a secret society. He only thinks about himself. Hiding away in a bunker while the rest of the nation fears the enemies next moves.
