The telphone number comes up on my cell phone and I have the telephone number but it is an unlisted number. I don't know the persons voice but I have the number.How do you get the name of the person who is call you if their name is not coming up? I am in the state of Illinois. I thought that you could do this by paying $14 or $15 to get information for unlisted numbers, or is this a scam too?
