Hello. I've trying clearing the forms under the content tab of IE options for auto complete, but for some secure sites where a pop up log-in box appears the names haven't cleared.

Any advice on how to clear these?

Thanks.

This sounds more like a cookie issue than autocomplete. Autocomplete does what it says: when you start typing it finishes words for you automatically. A cookie is a protocol that some websites retain on your computer so you don't have to type anything like usernames and passwords. Click Tools then Internet Options and click Delete Cookies button under Temporary Internet files. Close and reopen IE and see if this doesn't solve it. Just remember this will remove all usernames and passwords for any website you have visited. Good luck!
