you can get a program to crack the code for you just go to isohunt and type in what you need to find dont forget you need a bit torrent program to open with

In a word: No.
My understanding is that there are no back-doors for opening these M$ file formats.
If you can find a service that offers to open them, I'm guessing you'll pay a lot, as substantial brute-force work would be required.
