Of course he can...and what is the "loo problem"? He can lift it and pee quite easily, no problem.
I have a male friend (straight, and not a cross-dresser) that lives in another city that bought a kilt for a costume and liked it so much he started wearing "man skirts" sometimes. He says they are quite comfortable and almost all the attention he gets from others is positive.
Why is this in Women's Studies though? Would be more appropriate in a category geared toward men.

Ask a Scotsman. Look at any other culture where MEN wear skirts or wrap around garments. I would think that the "loo" wouldn't be any problem...think about it.

I for one would love to see men wear skirts so if nothing else, they can see what we have to put up with to use the loo.

I think a man can wear whatever the hell he wants! In Scotland they call it a kilt :P But a skirt's a skirt!

Watch the news. Dont you see them wearing dresses? Why not skirts?? I have seen men in skirts - yes they looked good. But it is the same with women - not everyone looks good in a skirt.

Yes. A bunch of my NeoPagan male friends have made it stylish in that community for a man to wear a broomstick skirt and no top. It's quite attractive, once you get used to it.
