Recovering from physical graft can take a few hours at the most. Recovering from emotional turbulance can take weeks!! there really isn't much contest.

Emotions can be extremely draining...but I am not a very emotional person so I would have to say that physical graft tires me more...

Emotional graft is a LOT more draining for me...HARD physical graft is no problem.
