Our baby had been sleeping through the night for the last week, last night I told my wife how nice it's been and she said "Great, you jinxed us, now he's going to wake up tonight". Sure enough he cried through the night and my wife won't speak to me because I "jinxed" us. Crazy or what?

No such thing as jinxing anything. This is just superstition. She is not crazy she is just upset and superstitious. Ask her why she feels this way.

i don't believe in jinxing that much. i more use it jokingly. like if we dont fall ice skating and someone says yay no ones fallen, i'll be like oh great you jinxed us loser! but just kidding around, i dont think she should be that mad at you ... it might have just been coincidence. so she should not have made that big of a deal

I think she is tired or she is silly for being mad at you. that is just a crazy thing to believe in "jinxed"

It's the power of suggestion. :) To reverse it just say the opposite and maybe that will work.
