My grandmother went in for routine gall bladder surgery...so we thought. turns out it never was her gall bladder...it was ovarian cancer and it's already spread into her stomach. they say there's nothing they can do about it and that she only has 3 months to live. what if you were in this situation...what would you do with your last 3 months?

My sympathies to her and your entire family. I'll assume that since she's your grandmother, she's at least middle-aged. I'm 52 and have thought about this question myself. If she's had a good life, rich in love and experience, she may just want to live the life she's been living and not upset herself by turning her life inside out with travel or new stuff that she doesn't need. For myself, I would just like to be comfortable, be with my family, and do the things that have given me joy in the past. Music is a wonderful comfort.
