Since I am usually the one cooking and cleaning after, I would rather go out to eat.

Home cooked meal - you just can't trust how clean the restaurant kitchens are or where those people have been putting their hands before serving up your dish.

absolutely eat out.
1. I get to choose what ever I want to eat and not have to just settle for what is in the house at the moment.
2. I don't have to shop for all the ingredients to make it. they already have them.
3. I don't have to cook it.
4. I don't have to serve it... to ungrateful people that will just complain that I didn't make separate dishes just for them.
5. I can eat in a nice calm atmosphere.
6. I don't have to clean up after.
7. and it give me a excuse to dress up and look pretty if I want to.
aww see that. I give a honest answer to this question and you give me a thumbs down for it. maybe I should just lie and say what sounds good from now on, or just don't answer. sigh....
oh and ...(4). I always make 2 main dishes with several side dishes). last nights 2 MAIN dishes were (1) lasagna & (2) baked ham with pinapple glaze...and still got grief that they were not in the mood for that. side dishes were mashed potatoes & gravy, corn, yams & baked beans.

Depends on the menu. I would always prefer eating at home for things like good ol' meat and taters meals, Mexican, and Italian. But I prefer to go out for Chinese, and steak.
