My tmobile phone is not allowing me to make outgoing or incoming calls or text message....its say no network or emergency calls only. I have turned it off and on several times....removed card...placed card in other phone and it does the same thing. I have searched for the network and it tries to register and then says not allowed. Has anyone experienced this and have a solution.

Thanks

The IMSI (SIM card identity) has been disabled by the network operator - possibly by mistake. Give them a ring and ask them to sort it out

If it says emergency only, it means your phone is detecting the netowrk properly, but that you are being restricted from accessing it.

Do you have time on a prepaid account? (if prepaid)
Have you reported your phone stolen?
Did you miss paying a bill?
Are you travelling outside your home area and roaming on a carrier T-Mobile does not have an agreement with?

I would call T-Mobile, it is surely an account issue.

The exact same thing has happened to me on my T-Mobile phone. All I had to do to get it working again was turn it off and then move to a different area and turn it back on again. Hope this helps!
