I would really like to have a boy instead of a girl, what can I do to help me?
Are there any certain position that I can do to help me out with this medically or sexually?

Nope. There is nothing sexually you can do to help decide what you get. Medically you can, but it is really expensive and unnatural. Just be happy with what God (or whomever) gave you. Girls really aren't that bad :)

There are many books available on this very topic. In my research I have found that timing is the key. Female sperm live longer in the female body than do the male sperm...yes, the sperm "decide" the sex of the baby. But there are things a girl can do to influence the chances of a particular sex. You have to know when you are ovulating (releasing your monthly egg). For most women it's about 7 days after the end of your period or 14 days after the beginning of your period. Ovulation is more easily predicted when your cycles are "normal." There is a kit you can buy, much like a pregnancy test, called an ovulation prediction kit. It will let you know when you're getting close to ovulation...no line means your not even close, and the darker the line gets, the closer you are to ovulation. I mentioned that male sperm don't live as long in the female body, but they swim faster than the female sperm. So what you need to do to have a better chance (scientifically) of having a boy, is to have intercourse as close to "right on" your ovulation day as you can predict. That way the male swimmers will get to the egg first. If you have sex too soon, then the female sperm will be waiting on the egg (up to 3 days life span inside the female body) when it's released from your ovaries. Your body temperature changes (by fractions of degrees) when you are close to ovulation and the consistency of vaginal fluids gets thinner. These factors are tough to know unless you've got time to track your morning body temp and you're pretty familiar with your own body. The predictor kit is a good way to go.

Once you have decided on the the time, make sure the two of you can still relax! And try not to use any lubricant other than what comes naturally from your body. Also, once your finished (missionary position is best for the climax, but you can do what feels best until the end), you want to have a pillow handy to slide under your hips to elevate them for at least 30 minutes after...nope, you can't get up and wash up...just relax! You can think happy thoughts of being on your way to parenthood. No, that might scare you! Anyway, that's what I've gleaned from reading many, many books.

I'm going to must say Mark John, since of the whole Van Halen thing. However i might stretch it to be Mark Johnathon or some thing, relying on the last name's syllable depend. I don't know in case you have Mark spelled that method for a significant reason, but it surely might appear first-rate, too, if it have been spelled out like this: Marc Johnathon It just style of looks exceptional. If there are more than two syllables within the last name, though, I feel it is first-class to go back to Mark/Marc John. Well, congratulations, just right success, and G-d bless!

If you want to pay there are clinics that test the sperm and then with in-vitro most likely get the sex requested. This is not 100%, but what in life is?

I have read that the more often you have sex, the more likely you are to have a girl, but wait a few days in between you are more likely to have a boy. Sorry, could not find that article (will update with site if I do find it), but did find two interesting sites....

At home product - $500 or so
www.genselect.com

Fertility Docs - $$$$$$
http://www.fertility-docs.com/fertility_gender.phtml

Or you can search for your self - use "conception of a boy"

Good Luck.

There is no guarantee for anyone, but science says chances are better for you to conceive a boy if you have sex right around your ovulation date. This is b/c male sperm swim faster but die quicker than girl sperm. So if you are right around ovulation hopefully the boys will get to the egg first. But in the future you are trying for a girl, try to have sex days before ovulation then the girl sperm will be the ones to stick around b/c they live longer. Like I said nobody can for sure get what they want all the time but maybe it will increase your chances? Plus some men I think are just more likely to carry either the x or y chrmosome dominantly in their sperm so no matter what you try for their dominant one will be the one to concieve. Good luck. I hope whatever you have it is healthy and happy.

There are no magic positions tho when I was taking early child hood development classes I was told that the girl destined sperm swim slower yet die the latest and the boys swim real fast and die soon. So if you want a boy, have sex right on your ovulation date. It may help you out. I don't know of anyone who has used this method so I'm not sure of it's accuracy. Hope this helps you out.

The theory is that male sperm are shorter lived but swim faster while female sperm are longer lived and swim slower. Therefore, if you delay intercourse until just before ovulation, your chances of conceiving a boy are increased. Nothing is guaranteed of course.

From my own experience, this theory has borne out. We didn't try to conceive either gender, but managed to conceive a daughter and a son as the theory predicted. When we conceived our daughter, we'd missed the day of ovulation and only had intercourse a couple of days before. When we conceived our son, we had the opposite situation. We'd missed the days before and after and were only able to have intercourse the day of ovulation.

I saw a show on the discovery channel about ovulation planning and gender selection...it might still be on their webpage..but the jist of it was that male sperm are fast swimmers but die quick and female sperm are slow swimmers but live longer so if you have sex right at ovulation or a few hours after ovulation you will be more likely to have a boy....if you have sex hours before ovulaton then you'll be more likely to have a girl...You'll have to really pay attention to your ovulation time but if you REALLY want a boy I guess it's worth it!!Hope it helps

There's nothing you can do. A doctor in France will charge you a lot of money for a treatment, but at the end of the day, the result will still be 50/50.

Well if you have sex close to ovulation chances are it will be a boy. if you have sex a weeks close to ovulation chances are a girl. why is this? The male sperm have the boy and girl sperm Male sperms travel faster then the female ones. so the male gets to the egg first.
