Go to each manufacturer's site and download them from there. There is a chance that there are no 64-bit drivers though...that's the problem I ran into when installing 64-bit Windows. I just went ahead and installed the 32-bit Windows XP instead.

This is a key issue; Some Hardware does not have 64 bit drivers yet

I ran a search for you and this is what I got:

I couldn't seem to find the video driver for you however. Sorry couldn't be of much help. The x1300 may work, you never know. Try and give it a shot.
