all you can eat buffets...do you eat ALL you CAN eat?

I hate AYCE buffets. My ex-husband would never go to a restaurant unless it was an AYCE place. He would drag out lunch or dinner to two or three hours, so that he would have time to digest the fist pig-out before having another one to get his money's worth. No wonder he got up to 333 pounds!

I only like fresh food and you can't find that on a buffet. I would rather have a little bit of very good fresh food that a lot of canned and processed crap from a buffet. Besides, the amount of food wasted at buffets is outrageous and sad.

It is a waste really for me. Food is a tool for me and not an obsession so a all you can eat buffet does not serve me well.

Depends on who I eating with but I don't do well at those since I get full pretty fast.

I do eat all I can eat until I am really fun and then I don't eat for two days!!

Usually the food is sub-par. But I do get my fill. Haven't been to one in about 5 years.
