Maybe you should reconsider being sexually active, it sounds like your not ready for it, I'm not sure how old you are but judging but your question you sound fairly young, so enjoy being a teenager, you shouldn't have sex until your ready, and ready to deal with consequenses that can follow-teen pregnancy, STD's(condoms DO break!), letting a guy emotionally hurt you, because once you have sex, things change, and it may be better or worse, but prepare yourself if it is worse!! All I'm saying is I learned all of this the hard way, and it wasn't much fun, Just THINK about it, good luck.

Yes two forms of birth control are a definite must. I had a condom break when I was a teen -during exams. Let me tell you NOT FUN.

Luckily where I live the school nurse can sign you out of class so I could go to Planned Parenthood. And luckily even though the morning after pill wa "illegal" it was still available as more than one pill per dose.

Planned Parenthood is a great resource for discussion your birth control options. If you don't want to go on the pill, which I was on for years but now wonder how healthy it is. There is spermicidal foam and jellies, cervical caps, diaphrams, Lea's Shield, and IUDs just to name a few. However all forms of birth control have benefits and side effects. While the sponge and condoms combined are almost 100% effective the sponge must be inserted 15 minutes (I think) before sex and left in for a certain amount of time after. Also spermicide, including that on condoms increases the chances of contracting certain STIs. Lea's Shield is available without a prescription and is relatively effective however it slightly increases the risks of UTIs.

So talk to your doctor, research on the internet or talk to Planned Parenthood and find the methods that are right for you. Planned Parenthood 1-800-230-PLAN

Also if you aren't ready, you aren't ready just because you did it once doesn't obligate you to do it again. But be informed about birth control whether you plan to have sex again or not, you never know when you are going to change your mind.

Yes, if your doc gave you a pregnancy test and it turned out negative, I'm sure you're fine.

In the future, you might consider using TWO forms of birth control, just to be on the safer side and so you'll feel more confident in not being pregnant.

You wouldn't have symtoms this early if you were pregnant. You're having false symptoms because you're stressing out over this. I'd recommend using TWO methods or birthcontrol from now on. That will be more effective and give you peace of mind. Talk to your Dr. about which types of birthcontrol will work best for you. Good luck, it sounds like you're not pregnant.

You most likely are not pregnant, however, you are not in the clear yet. Not until you get your period. You will either have to wait for your period or request blood test. Which is much more for sensitive for hcG than a urine test. Best wishes. Take care.

This website has some great info.

Girl, you're not pregnant.............but maybe you're conscience is telling you're not ready for the responsibility of having sex cause you've been worrying ever since your first encounter. Stop having sex until you mature a little.
