I'd say somewhere in Arizona--where, you'd have to check around. But they are a protected species so make sure (if you are having it shipped outside of Arizona) that you are not breaking any federal laws. Penalties can be pretty stiff.

You can buy these from a company in Arizona called: Sonoran Valley Cactus. They sell all sorts of cactus plants and products.

check out the for sale ads in tucson or phoenix arizona. I live in Tucson, but I can tell you they are hard to find and pricey if you do find one. They also have to be properly bleached and treated to use for any kind of furniture. Saguaros are protected, so unless you find someone who privately has a dead one on their land, and has taken care of it properly, you could be out of luck. Living here and wanting one for myself, I can tell you it isn't easy
