Souls don't live in space or time, they live free of these terrestrial determinants, in another dimension. Space and time don't have anything to do with real distance between souls, they have to do with real distance between bodies, but space and time distance can't hinder the union of souls.
Real love is previous to life and goes on after death (Francisco de Quevedo). If it can surpass the time limits, how couldn't it overcome the spatial ones?
On the other hand, most of the people who are in the same space-time coordinates, never get to join their souls.

Since you believe in "soul mates" then sure, anything is possible.
Many people are compatable mates, some more compatible than others, but this is the reason that people can have more than 1 love in a life time.

yes, I think so. And that is what makes it sad, because separation in distance (or worse, time) means than many do not make the connections with their "soul mate" and so go through life being less complete than they would have been.

no such thing as soul mates the soul is separate from everything and unlike anything .soul mates is a reason for hope that there is Someone out there that well be a great mate for you .it is hard when you find that person and they are not the opposite sex and your not gay .

I'm pretty sure it happens. Actually I think what is uncommon is for soul mates to find each other.

soul means some thing from god(Allah) and he has made some one our companion, it could be farway,, with little difference of time but offcourse in once life, not after centuries...as souls come onl once...
