Crib, clothing, blankets and such
Should I also have a baby shower before or after the baby is born? I know its going to be a girl.

I went shopping right away! Shopping is my hobby anyways! Well, if you know that it is a girl, then go ahead and buy things. I would wait on some things that you might possibly get at the shower, but clothes are always fun to go ahead a buy! You should have the shower before she is born, so that way you will have everything you need before she comes and you will be prepared! Good luck

Hopefully you have a family member or friend who is already planning a baby shower for you! You might not want to buy too many things until you see what you're going to get at your shower. I would definitely have one before and don't wait too late because sometimes the baby comes sooner than you think! You typically do not get cribs or big items at a shower, so those may be safe to buy now.

usually someone else will give you a baby shower and you will probably get a lot of the big items from family members, i started picking up little things the day i found out so i dont think its ever too early to start buying things but i would wait on big stuff until after the baby shower bc like i said you will probably get just about everything you need, i had my baby shower about 2 months before my son was born and it was nice bc i had time to get everything set up and buy the last little items i needed, good luck.

I would have a baby shower before the baby is born, that way you know what else you need to get. It is always best to have extra blankets and bottles and diapers on hand, you can never have to many of these. Besides when you little bundle of joy arrives you are going to want to spend time with the baby, not entertaing. Good luck and I hope everything goes good for you and you have a healthy baby girl. It's best to have a baby shower before the baby is born. Yes, you should start buying stuff for the baby after six months.

now is a good time to start, i did the same thing as you and waited till i knew the sex of the baby. It would be a good idea to have the baby shower while you are pregnant, say about your 8th month, so that if you need something you didnt get at the shower you have a chance to go get it before the baby is here. it would be a good idea to start making a list of what you need and going to register. Babies r us is good for specialty toys and such, but they are outrageous on everything else, try walmart. i registered at both and gave people a choice. but better start now! the end comes very quick! good luck and congratulations!

Start picking out stuff now and register for the things you like. Have a baby shower in the seventh month and then buy everything you did not get at your shower. Plan to have everything ready by 36 weeks, just in case.

have the baby shower before. do it soon though because u have to give notice for a baby shower and then buy food and stuff for a party. dont buy anything until you have a babyshower, because people are gonna buy you things and give u money prolly, so whatever is left on the list after the babyshower, then buy it. u have to have time to prepare all the items for your baby. and if ur tight on money its better to start earlier because u can get all the stuff, slowly, instead of waiting until the last minute spending a whole lump sum. good luck and congrats!

yes!if u ABSOULUTYLY(sp?)know its going 2 b a girl hav a shower and get stuff like diapers toys....ect.but make sure u absolutly know its a girl.thats wut happened with my BROTHER!
