The Bush family and the Saudi royals have been hand holding for years. Why? is a good question. We probably won't know for years to come.

okok. in Muslim culture (i lived in Bangladesh for a while) touching is just a show of friendship. didn't you used to lean on your buddies a lot more when you were a kid? well there the men hold hands walking back from their work at the factory. then lean around on eachother when they stop to look at me and my white friends. it's just a normal sign of friendship. in which case Bush is just being in with the times in Saudi. He has to show the Saudi public that he's okay with that kind of culture, affection - although he probably thinks it's strange. That and overall they share a lot of profit (mostly indirectly) through oil profits. so they GOTTA hold hands.
