i read somwhere that in old days english women pinched their cheeks to make them pink
i see that u ask for a natural way and u seem to be getting shortcut tips
but i think theres no tip simpler then this:ur cheeks get colour due to iron,so eat more foods having iron in them like apples ,pomogranets, etc

You can either buy a rose pink or natural blush and apply it. You can also use cheek tints. For naturally pink, i don't think there is a way but i heard of this method before. Some people go to the beauty centre that makes you slim and you can also treat your face and extend your lashes. They inject a kind of something to lets say your lips. You want them to be red. Some people really go and inject this liquid and after 2 injections, their lips become red forever. When u sleep, same lip colour, when u wake up, same lip colour. U can also do that for your cheeks and eyebrows. My mom did it to her eyebrows and now she saves all that trouble putting on makeup. Happy new year :P

Short of lots of exercise and activity, use blush, thats what its for. There are lots of different kinds of blush so you don't have to worry about over doing it. I LOVE Soft Rose on this page for very pale skin and here's the trick- use a bit of translucent power on your brush before you blush- that way- you will get only the sheerest hint of color.

Only the sun can change the pigment in your skin as as a fellow fair skinned person I dont recommend that.

Neutrogena have a highlight blush which I apply to the apple of my cheek. Its totally natural looking.

I don't think so. Fluid blush will do.
