If it has been there for several years it could be a cyst,,,,,,,a blocked gland. Cysts are normally harder and have a cheesier...whitish kind of exudate(the stuff that comes out of it), but usually you would have to squeeze it to release this material. You should never squeeze a cyst! If the exudate is truly a yellow thick pussy material this indicates an infection or something worse. You need to have this removed and sent for pathological findings. Remember that men can also have breast cancer. Also infections that continue unchecked for long periods of time can become very serious. They can lead to septicemia......gangrenous tissue.......death. Don't horse around.....go back to the doctor.

Is there a female nipple? if it had occured it in the past there is a possibility of it happening again. That particular zit might be pus or other secretions, even if youre a male. you must perform breast exams at least monthly.

I have heard that discharge from the nipple can be a sign of breast cancer. I would definitely go see a doctor. ~Good luck~

Males can have breast cancer too. Did you know that? It isn't common, but there are cases of it. So please ask the doctor about this and see what he thinks.
