Peppermint Tea, although the say herbal teas are not good during pregnancies, this one works for your tummy. Also eat some arrowroot cookies they calm the tummy down too. If you will experience morning sickness, eat a cookie before you get out of bed, that usually helps with morning sickness. You might still be nauseous but you won't throw up.

You don't really explain why your stomach is sore? is it from Morning Sickness, discomfort etc. Maybe your bowels are constipated. For morning sickness the root of ginger grated and made into a tea helps tremendously. One could give more information if you elaborated on what "sore'Stomach means.

A cup of tea with half a teaspoon of cinnamon to each cup of water. Add a little ginger for taste..ginger and cinnamon..yum!

Yogurt, with acidophiles, ginger beer (not ale) , and mint or chamomile tea all work beautifully to calm your stomach

Drink sage tea. Great for bloating and gas. If you feel sick to your stomach try sipping chamomile tea. All tea's are great as they all have anti-oxidant's in them. Enjoy.

When I was pregnant, I used candied ginger to settle my stomach.

Basil tea always works for my kids when thy have upset stomachs.
