I have been on the contraceptive pill Microgynon 30 for nearly a year, and was recently prescribed a week long course of antibiotics for a throat infection. This was during the last week of my last pack, so I started the next pack straight away. I had a little bleeding during the course of antibiotics, and am still getting a little spotting. Is this normal? I finshed the antibiotics 4 days ago.

Antibiotics DO interfere with the pill. Your doc or pharmacist should have told you.
Your pill leaflet does state this.
As long as you have not been having sex or if you have, you have been using additional protection, you will be fine, just continue to take the pill.
Did you not read the leaflet supplied with your antibiotics or your pill when you started them?
It's the first rule in starting a new medication.
Please, if you have been having sex you need to get a blood preg test done at docs to rule it out.
Use additional protection for 2 weeks.

Yes, perfectly normal. The Anti-B's have probably stopped the pill being absorbed into your system fully so your hormones are a little bit array, some people spot when taking the pill packs back to back anyway.
You should be ok within a week of finishing your Anti-B course. (Dont have unprotected sex until then)

antibiotics can interfere with the pill, so until the antibiotics are out of your system totally you should expect some reaction (could take a few more days)

many times they might propose you to apply yet another type of secure practices, and yeah each now and then they propose you to take greater desirable packs decrease back to diminish back, yet i take the comparable pill, the comparable way as you for the comparable reason lol, and whilst i grew to become into in this place my rfile reported to no longer concern approximately it because of the fact the pill is an prolonged term concern, so having already taken 2 and a one million/2 months well worth of tablets you need to be nice.
