If you only deleted them from the original file then you should be able to view them in your recycle bin which is on your desktop - if you want to undelete it you can right click it and choose "restore".
If you have meptied your recycle bin then dont delete or save anymore as each time you do it overwrites the old file - this give you the best chance when you use a programme for getting deleted stuff back.
The best programme is getdataback.
Hope it works out for you.
On the other hand if you're trying to permenantly delete something so no one can view it you can get file shredders but I'm not so sure about them.

but if ur talking bout in the internet or you are in a particular site for example yahoomail of course you can still have it in the Trash button,,,but if it's in the Bulk and once you delete it it'll gone forever...,,,,and if you're in the site like xanga, friendster, hi5 etc and u delete a pic..you can never find it nor have it....

If you waant view who was deleted from C part do this :
START--------RUN------and type this:
c:\recycler\s-1-5-21-343818398-1060284298-725345543-1003
then click ok.
If you want to wiew who was deleted from D part do tha same thing but cgane c with d ..... good luck :)

if you didn't remove the items from the trashcan you just double click on it and restore the files you want.. otherwise you might need to use an undelete professional program wich might also don't work...
