I have met a friend at a mum and toddler group. The thing is she doesnt leave me alone and sometimes turns up at my house unexpectedly with her child or invites herself to my house with her kid.The reason for going to this group was to meet friends not get a stalker.I've advised her to call before she comes which seems to work.when im training at work i really enjoy being away from her she hasn't done anything wrong and seems like a nice person just a bit in my face what do you think i should do?

Don't we all have a friend that is annoying...I had a friend that ain't nothing but a liar..I told her if all she was going to do was lie to me,Just to leave me alone..You know what I haven't heard from her in months now..I do have lots of other friends besides her..Which is not a problem..

Every time she calls be busy, eventually she should get the hint. Change toddler groups, don't answer the door. Good luck. It's hard to put off people like that, they are so desperate and lonely that it makes you feel guilty. I understand, hope it works out.

I completely understand where you are coming from...I acutally went through a similar situation with a co-worker. I simply had to distance myself from her. When she called I didn't answer. When she showed up I was too busy to talk and told her I was on my way out. Sooner or later she will get the picture.

My best friend is annoying. I constantly watch him do ignorant things and he thinks he's the best thing since sliced bread.

ok. just tell her how you feel, if she doesnt understand were you are coming from or just doesnt want to, then she is not a friend.
