probably really high stilletos because the heel is so thin and then also clogs, becasue sometimes they dont give you enough comfort or support.

Anything over a couple of inches in heels puts a real ache on my lower back and hips, more than my legs or feet.

all of them. wearing high heels artificially enhances the muscles of the calf while weakening the muscles of the ankles. anything over 1" can misalign a woman's entire body frame, including the spine, and can cause muscle atrophy, back pain, bunions and/or hammer toes.

i would have to say that over 2 inch stilettos are were the comfort ends, all the others are fine as long as the provide support for my feet.

its not so much the heel that bothers me about a shoe but the width and in-step. Cant stand when the in-step is really high, or when they pinch coz they are not designed properly.
