well iguess,the best thing is to be the girls friend,know more about her and do things she likes best to do.let her know u to be a sincere and honest person who wont take advantage of her.after u guts get used to each other,u out of the blues propose to her at the situable time u guys are relaxed and enjoying each others company

introduce ur self and say u want to be friends with her.if she says yes, well and good ,if she says no THE LOSS IS HERS.dont follow her like a pup,maintain ur dignity.
