Okay on this news this morning i herd someone (the news caster person) say that Bush said something about the U.S. is winning the war in Iraq...or some place else.
Could this be true??? Cuz i think what bush is saying is a bunch of B.S.

The second world war went poorly for the United States for the first 2-3 years. The President has access to information that is classified that we are not able to see until it is declassified. Maybe he knows something we don't, but from what I've seen I don't think we are winning the war in Iraq either, although the latest security sweep might just turn the tide. Also, the war on terror will continue for years even Iraq does stabilize. The fundamentalists are dedicated fanatics with very long memories. We might "win" in Iraq if a stable government is established, but that doesn't even come close to meaning that the war on terrorism is over - that will probably take decades.

We are winning.We have completely liberated 50,000,000 people from Tyranical Govts.There was 90,000 kids in the Afgan schools and now there are more than 4,000,000.Women can learn to read and write now and work.The problem is the local people are so damn corrupt .That's the thing that's making it hard on us.Now we have lost 3,000 guys in 4 yrs. in Viet Nam we lost 52,000 ,in Korea in 2 yrs. we lost 50,000 ,in World War II in 4 years we lost over 100,000.So I think we are doing pretty good.Most of the tyrants are in jail ,hanged or blown up,not bad.
Remember,there is no draft...all those MEN and WOMEN are over there because they believe in what they are doing and proud to do it.

Ask those boys and girls over there fighting this war. I bet they will have a different answer to that question. Bush has no clue about what's going on in his own country, let alone the middle east. May GOD help us all. Thank you.
