Ok so, let's say I am Getting speakers which r usb supported and i don't have a sound card, do you think it will work?

maybe some of you didn't get wat i mean...
it's not only powered by usb but the jack for the audio is with it too (it's not on the cpu)...

yes. it have a built in sound card on it. sound card output uses jack. even you have one, the sound that created by your sound card will not go through to you usb speaker because the output of the sound is on ordinary line jack. in dvd players it is like plugging a video jack to video input and put it on the audio output.

There wouldn't be any sound because the usb speakers still require a sound card to hear the sound.As long the computer have a sound card whether built in or non built in, it still can produce sounds whether we used usb speakers or any other speakers.

nope..you need to have a sound card to get music out of your computer
