tennants rights in windsor canada?

i've had no heat since last night about 11:00 pm. the landlord always answers my calls, but today he's not. it's 55 degrees in here and dropping fast. what should i do? please note, my appt is utilities included. this is supposed to include heat.

Check yourself if it's something easy, like a blown fuse or something. If you can't see the problem, then keep trying to get hold of him. Go to Wal-Mart and buy some space heaters. (Hey, its Wal-Mart, you can return them when you are done with them)

Most jurisdictions I've dealt with allow landlords about 3 days to repair major problems, so even if you catch him you might be without heat for a short while. Keep trying!
