Here is the thing, lately I have been waking up and feeling sick all early morning, I never normally get this way, and my back has been hurting. I DID get my last period though, but a little before that I had unprotected sex. I didn't think I could be pregnant because I got my last period after having sex, but then I was hearing different things from other people. I can't be pregnant, can I?

Okay BREATH! to begin with.
Chances of you being pregnant are very high. After having unprotected sex you really should make sure that your mestruating at least three to four months in a row.
Also, there is more to being pregnant than just having a sore back and being sick. You should also watch your weight. If you are pregnant it should start to climb (obviously, but many people miss that)
Also talk to your mom about it, I know it sounds wierd, but having someone behind you when your pregnant supporting you, is VERY important.
Go to the grocery store and get a pregnancy test from there, there are different types that consider when you have had sex and how long it has been.
Remeber, when having unprotected sex the sperm lasts in your body for about a week before dying off. Others can last a little longer or shorter than that. If you had sex a few days before your period, the possibility is that you released two eggs instead of just one and the other was caught by a sperm (follow my thinking??)

Definately take the test. The biggest hint to pregnancy is breast tenderness. Yup...they will be soar unlike when they are soar from your period. I strongly recommend you either use protection or get on birth control. Your best bet is a condom. You cant look at someone and tell they have an std. Sixteen is a very tender age for pregnancy and std's. You have plenty of time later on in life to worry or even think about having kids. Your young, you still have a teenage life to live. When you find out your 16 and pregnant it means...no more parties on the weekend, you will find your so called "friends" drifting away...I really hope you arn't pregnant. Take the test and go from there. If you are try to get some counseling, it doesn't hurt to know what your options are.

Been there done that. I'm 25 with an 8 yr old little boy. Never have unprotected sex..pregnant is one of the better things you can get.

Ha! You're pregnant. Now prepare to drop out of school, get a crappy, minimum wage job at Mc Donald's and have the rest of your youth taken away by a baby. Should have kept your legs shut!!

yes you can still get your period even if you ar pregnat... you need to get tested ..... good luck with it don't coun't on the guy for anything ... you can talk to your Dr or go to a planed parenthood place ..... Think about all the choices out there from having it to keeping it and adoption just don't worry till you get tested

Even if there is the slightest bit of doubt in your mind, get tested. You do not want a baby at such a young age!

Go get a test,,,,everyone is different..If you didn't have sex at 16, you wouldn't have to worry about this at all now,,,,would you?
