Certainly not. I'm smart for other reasons (notice how humble I am too)
Anyways, a large number of my best answers were chosen under the "programming & design" section. That makes me a good programmer. Thats my bright part.
Another large number was chosen under questions that revolve around "smuttiness". That makes me a good lover (yeah right). Thats my smutty part.
Bottom line: I am both bright and smutty.
PS1~You just reminded me of my old Smutty Account :( which got confiscated by Yahoo tyrants.
PS~2 I would have loved to chat with you now, but the Frenchies asked for something (again).

Uh, no. You could have 100% or 0% and that would hardly say anything about your intelligence. Chances are if you have 100% you are more intelligent, but it could also mean you're just telling someone what they want to hear. It's really hard to say. Also depends on--23% of what? 20 questions? Or 2000?

it depends on how many answers he has given totally. i mean, if he has answered ten questions and got 23% tht means he got 2 answers chosen as best answers. but if it is a huge no. of answers, then he's probably smart.

I've answered a lot of questions and I'm only at 6% best answers....I think it depends how many points they have. If they don't have a lot of points, their percentage will be higher. I also think a lot of people vote for their friends answers on here.

He is just answering questions that he knows the answers to or has done research online. That does not mean smart, it means, good research.
