it's a 700 MB big file and i just know there must be something to see how can i watch that?

i alreadu have the windows media...but i can only hear sound i can not see the picture!! i want to see the picture too!!

try vlc media player .it is free on internet.it plays most of video files

You need to find out the picture codec with Avicodec. Its a freeware tool. After you start AviCodec you just drag and Drop your 700 MB Avi file onto Avicodec.
The program then tells you wich Codec you have installed.

In your case, Avicodec will tell you that you are missing a video codec and also provide you with a link to a website from were you can download the codec.

I strongly advise against Codec packs like k-codec pack and the likes, if you don't really know what each codec does.

Some codecs will not work with installed codecs on your PC and will lead to problems. Only install the codecs you really need with Avicodec.

Windows Media Player will play an .avi file.

download K-lite media pack ..... or use QuickTime or use VLAN media player (its the best player)
