I am also trying. To calculate when you ovulate count 14 days from the FIRST day of your last period and have plenty of sex the days leading up to and after day 14. Look out for a slippy white discharge like egg whites, this is a sign that you will ovulate very soon. Sex every other day is fine as sperm will live a while in the fallopian tube waiting for the egg. Take vitamin supplements and folic acid to make sure baby gets what it needs and also to ensure you are in the best of health to conceive. Try and relax as when you are stressed you produce cortisol which can cause problems conceiving. Take care of yourself and do lots of things you enjoy to keep you relaxed and happy. Good luck x

Yes I do. If you are having problems conceiving, you need to see a fertility doctor. They will run tests on both of you, to see where the problem lies.

They will probably recommend insemination or in-vetro. Then she will be medication to start having her ovulate, when they want her too. This is so when they perform the procedure, she will be ovulating. Caution- when these procedures are done, multiple births can happen.

If you have multiples in your family, make sure to tell the doctor before. It happen to us. We got pregant with quintuplets.

Good Luck!!

I dunno a lot about pregnancy but I think if your trying to have a baby then taking Folic Acid supplements is a good idea.
Government says your meant to take like 400mg a day. But I wouldn't trust everything I say because I'm only 16.
