You need to approach your supervisor and explain that you are experiencing a lot of job stress and that you would like to discuss ways that you can feel better and also increase productivity with the company. Talk to them about what kind of support system there is and whether you can find a mentor in this company. Find out if your company has an employee assistance program which is a confidential way in which employees can get help to deal with stress on the job.
As far as school, I would check out part time studies and just take a course or two at a time so you are not overwhelmed, with studying or finances. You can shop around a bit this way and find out what you may want to go into. Make an appointment with the educations counsellor at a local university or college and discuss what interests you and different options. There is always hope and I sense right now you feel very overwhelmed and sad. Don't give up it will get better.
