Hey all, did I miss something here? The guy Andy who wanted so badly to be Michaels wing man, suddenly is not on the show anymore without explanation. Did he quit, get fired? Also, 3 episodes and NO JAN!?? I love her, anyone have a hypothesis on this?? Thanks!

Two weeks ago, after Andy punched the wall, there were deleted scenes from that episode online. One deleted scene explained that Andy was being sent to a 12-week anger management program (although Andy said he would get through it in 6 weeks).
Concerning Jan, next weeks episode is going to feature Jan and Michael. According to my TV Guide, everyone will learn about Jan and Michael's romance at an office party.

Andy was sent to anger management for punching a hole in the wall. I would send him to AM too! :)
I totally agree with Jan! He called her one episode, but she just sounded like his boss. I like her too, I don't know why she likes Misheal, but oh well! I am pretty sure she will be in next week's episode.
