So your friends purposely hurt you and two days later you want to talk to them but they act like kids. First time you ask if you can talk to them they're like "no that's ok"
Second time they just shut off the phone
Third time they answer and say "If you call again I'm calling the cops"
Before the first call initiated by you, they called and hung up. You called them back and they said they dialed the wrong number.
So you don't call them anymore because you don't want the cops involved. So if you ever do call them again it'd be considered stalking or what?

I have to ask...why would you WANT to call them? Friends don't act like that, hurtful and childish. Get yourself some new friends...don't waste anymore of your time or energy on these people. Good luck to you.

Don't call again, they have told you very clearly what their intention is, their behaviour is childish in the extreme and I'm guessing that they are teens.
The world is a big, wide place full of interesting, friendly people - look and see if you can find some with more maturity that those you mention.

I don't think that is stalking - there are facebook pages I visit often. Obsessing over every little thing is just something some people do.
