This is one reason why teens aren't supposed to get married. Why don't you just tell her you might go out to meet your buddies if you can't sleep? What are you going to do when you have kids? What if your kids wake up sick in the middle of the night. I hope you don't have kids and you still do this. You're disrespecting your wife, being dishonest and sneaky. You're giving her all kinds of reasons not to trust you and question your commitment. I dont neccessarily think it is wrong to go out and have a good time with your mates but I do think it is a bit off that you dont tell her or let her know.
